One product smudged when putting on the tree, the other didn’t so hoping it’s an anomaly as they are lovely sentimental pieces to keep for years and years. Have contacted the seller to see if this is the case! Update: Tabetha sent a new ornament next day. Amazing customer service and communication and generous to send a new ornament. Thank you so much it made my mums day when she unwrapped the replacement!
