Easy process ordering the item. The item was delivered promptly but although there was a fragile sticker on the delivery box i feel it needed a wee bit more bubble wrap around it . The item itself is lovely and with the hanging ribbon it will hook on to the tree nicely. I have bought from this company before through e bay and will buy again in the future.

It’s just perfect! We had to have another one made as we had a surprise baby and he’s now completed our family, this will be our first Christmas as a family of 5! Can’t wait to have this hanging off our tree this year. Product is tidy, and just how I imagined, delivered quickly as well, love this product so much!
